• Each studio apartment is 350 sq ft in size.
• Outside food is permitted.We also offer an in-house restaurant and room service.Additionally, guests have access to a gym, spa, swimming pool, and bar-club located within the building.

• Enjoy the famous Diona Club located on the rooftop, the Meghavi Spa on the 11th floor, a fully equipped gym also on the 11th floor, and a stunning swimming pool on the top floor.
• For your convenience, we provide onsite parking for all guests.
• Each studio apartment boasts a spacious 350 sqft area, complete with a kitchenette and modern washroom facilities.
• Guests are welcome to bring outside food, which can be received from the reception on the ground floor.
• Additionally, we offer 24-hour room service and have an in-house restaurant with a variety of dining options.
• Our rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, LED TVs, a working desk, a high table, a wardrobe, and large windows offering breathtaking city views.
• Transportation services such as Ola, Uber, Rapido, Swiggy, Zomato, are all readily available.
• Conveniently located within 6 to 12 km of all major historical monuments, our establishment is just 10 km from the airport and 5 km from the railway station and bus terminal.

• THIS IS SERVICE APARTMENT HENCE NO ROOM SERVICE IS AVAILABLE, FOR FOOD GROUND FLOOR FOOD COURT IS AVAILABLE . INDUCTION, UTENSILS AND RO IS AVAILABLE INSIDE STUDIO FOR COOKING AND WATER.
• SWIGGY, ZOMATO, AMAZON GROCERY AND BLINKIT ARE AVAILABLE BUT DELIVERY IS TILL RECEPTION ON GROUND FLOOR.
• CHECKIN TIME: 1PM, CHECKOUT TIME: 11AM.
• ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO STAY OVERNIGHT AT THE PROPERTY. ANY ADDITIONAL GUESTS OR VISITORS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE HOST IN ADVANCE. VISITORS OF GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN PROPERTY WOTHOUT INFORMATION AND ID.
• QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10 PM TO 8 AM. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBOURS AND KEEP NOISE LEVELS TO A MINIMUM.
• PLEASE TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS AND APPLIANCES WHEN LEAVING THE PROPERTY.
• PLEASE DO NOT REARRANGE THE FURNITURE OR REMOVE ANY ITEMS FROM THE PROPERTY.
• ANY DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE MUST BE REPORTED TO THE HOST IMMEDIATELY. ANY DAMAGE IN PROPERTY AND NON REMOVABLE STAIN IN LINEN WILL BE CHARGABLE AS PER ACTUAL COST OF ITEM.
• KITCHEN IS PROVIDED FOR SELF COOKING. GUESTS ARE REQUESTED TO WASH THE UTENSILS POST EVERY USE. IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE FOR CLEANING DISHES, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 500 RUPEES.
• BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE STAY.
• HOUSEKEEPING WILL BE PROVIDED DURING THE STAY ON REQUEST ONLY
